We’ll have a conversation about how we, as women, experience imposter syndrome. That feeling that you get when you have the competence and experience, but are still worried that you are not smart or talented enough to be at that table, in that position, successful. You feel like a phony and worry that someone will find you out. Let’s look at what makes us feel this way, what imposter syndrome looks like, how we’ve experienced it and how we can start managing it going forward so that it doesn’t get in the way of our taking action or taking what we have earned and deserve. We’ve reserved a part of this session for networking in person and virtually so you can connect with the other amazing women at this meetup.
This meetup is for women students and professionals in STEM who are a part of, or want to be a part, of AI Camp (https://www.aicamp.ai/) and the STEM-UP Network (https://www.stemupnetwork.org). We are joining forces for this free event to see how we can jointly best serve the women in our communities and provide them with proven, real-world strategies and connections to thrive and advance in their studies and careers!
